Who wants to move more this month? What are your goals? Here's a new activity chart to keep you accountable:


I can't wait to see your results! This month I plan to shred like it's going out of style (I miss Booty Camp!), dance like no one's watching and keep up with my Sunday routine of Zumba and Body Flow.

Wow...slender in September. Now there's an idea. I just started following your blog about a week ago, and I've read most of it in that time. Your story inspires me. I am at the very beginning of my journey, and I feel so alone and overwhelmed.

It's so pretty!!! Now I just need a colour printer... work has a special password on the colour one so you know.... ;)
