november

Smart man, that Einstein...

With November 1st on Sunday, it means there are 61 days left until 2010. Wow!

What do you hope to accomplish before we say goodbye to 2009?

What are you going to do this month to make that happen?

Is that something you can do? Will you do it?

I can't wait to hear what you're planning!! I'm going to detail my November goals in a post early next week along with my October results. Send me an email if you would like your activity chart for October to be included.

Before the end of 2009, I need to just stay proactive about my health and be kind to myself. I WILL do it. Now I'm pumped, haha :-D

Before the end of 2009 I just want to continue to be proud of my accomplishments and try not to think of numbers too much. I'm so happy where I am and the number shouldn't affect it at all. I can see that and I KNOW that. I've never been this happy in my whole entire live. I'm where I want to be weight wise, carreer wise, friend wise and relationship wise. I want to be happy and remind myself of it every single day!

Before I say goodbye to 2009 I want to lose more weight and start feeling better about myself

I'm going to attend my first ever Weight Watcher's meeting to make the above happen.

Since I have posted the above here I have no choice but to do it ... and I will!!!

This is perfect timing!
I'm focusing on ME for the rest of the year by:

1) putting myself first as a member and attending meetings, and weighing in weekly - I need it for the accountability and the support

2) making exercise a priority - using your activity chart really is motivating for me... something about stickers gets me exercising!

3) cooking more balanced and delicious meals at home - I enjoy it so much, why not

and my vain goal:
be prepared to show my tummy (AH!) in my bellydance recital in December... this of course is motivating the extra exercise!
