As promised, here is what mine looks like for the month of March.

I'm really proud of all the activity I did this month! Special thanks for Tina for inspiring me with the 31 Day Yoga Challenge. I practiced yoga nearly every day this month - I only missed 5 days. I plan to continue this practice every month because it really made me realize how much I enjoy yoga. I've decided that doing yoga every day is a great way to take care of myself. Some days I practiced for 20 minutes, other days 90 minutes - all of it made me feel really good and I started to see some improvements and progress within my practics. I also attended my belly dancing classes and walked when the weather was nice. Here's to another good month filled with activity!!

I just bought a new treadmill and my goal for the month of April is to get moving 4 days per week starting with 15min and working my way up. I also want to do some resistance with my light weights and bands. Thanks for the calander...I'll post what mine looks like at the end of the month too!
