I think this week should go as planned!! I can't believe we're already past the mid way point of April! The weather in Toronto is getting nicer and soon it will be summer - hooray! Our landlord has already cleaned out the backyard and the BBQ is waiting to be used...

Sunday
Pork chops with curried cauliflower mousse (Meals That Heal Inflammation) and lemony roasted potatoes (Veganomican)

Monday 
Chicken Curry in the slow cooker (MTHI)

Tuesday

Wednesday
Cashew ginger tofu (ED&BV), sauteed baby bok choy (MTHI) with brown rice

Thursday
Going to an event - dinner out

Friday
Lemon Garlic Pasta (ED&BV)

Saturday 
Burgers (hopefully on the BBQ) with salad and sweet potato fries
