October Activity Accountability

Where did summer go? It blows my mind that September is nearly behind us!

How have you been doing for
activity in September? (Please feel free to send pictures of your activity chart with your recap to me by the end of this week!) I have to say that my biggest victories for September came last week when I got up early not once, but TWICE to go the gym before work!

It's cold and dark at 6:30am these days! (hence the really happy face on the subway...)
I surprised myself by doing it two days in a row, but after feeling incredibly energized after doing BodyFlow and a 15 minute run on Thursday morning, I decided to do another class with
Jess on Friday. I'm excited to keep rolling with this momentum for the end of September heading into October!


My October plans include:

  • Getting to the gym at least twice in the morning each week
  • Zumba at least once a week
  • Bellydancing once a week + practicing at home
  • Riding my bike whenever possible
  • Strengthening my core through yoga, pilates, dance and planks!
  • Aiming for at least 24 stickers on my chart by the end of the month!

What are your goals for the month? Do you have any plans for Halloween?

Sounds like you have some great goals for this month. I'd also love to mix-up my workouts a bit. I usually run and do yoga 5-6 times a week, but I think it'd be good to incorporate some new crosstraining, especially as the weather gets colder.

Don't you find it just so neat being up and out that early?? I find no matter where you are it feels like a whole other world.. everything looks and feels so different. I love it. :)

- Do some form of exercise every day.
- Give out at least 2 business cards every day.
- Gain 3 new clients.
- Carve a pumpkin!
- Cook a kabocha squash!

Well, I usually do yoga everyday (in some form or another)..but I suppose my goals would be to get back to running and baking, and create some wonderful Halloween treats.

Halloween Plans: I'm turning my house into a haunted doll house and throwing a big party. Two of my girlfriends are helping with the decorations and such - it's going to be awesome!

Recently I stumbled upon your website thru wwchick's blog and they are so interesting. i am very new to the blog world and love reading about others that have been thru the WW regimen. I too have been maintaining and somedays are better than others. . keep up the good work. sharing your site with family also becuz i have a neice (13 yo) who was just dx with Crohn's
