I've made a challenge for myself to be more active this summer and I'm going to do it without a gym! I'm going to utilize this blog to post reviews on workout DVD's, various activities & classes and just talk about life as a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member.

Congrats on being Lifetime! Your pics look great. I look forward to reading your posts. I am doing WW, have lost 22 lbs. and have a ways to go. I too need to do exercise, but it's a huge struggle for me...mentally, I feel incapable.

Thank you! Congrats on your loss so far - 22 lbs is an amazing achievement!!

I find exercise to be a struggle for me as well. I had a gym membership last year and hardly used it, usually citing "not enough time" as my reason. The reason I started this blog is to talk about some of the ways I'm becoming active that don't involve a gym to keep myself and hopefully others motivated with fresh ideas.
