There's been no gimmicks or magic here. Just hard work, consistency and incredible support from my coach, team and challengers. It hasn't been easy, but it's been totally worth it!
Last month, I talked about my monthly Challenge Groups, and why they've made such a big impact on my journey. I am constantly reminded of this when I check in with my challengers each day. Our February group (Fired Up in February!) is rockin' and it's just incredible to see the commitment these gals have to their health and fitness journeys! I love the discussion that ensues with our daily assignments and the support that everyone offers to one another is generous and sincere. While we may all be meal prepping, planning and exercising on our own at home, it's awesome to know that there's a group of people doing the exact same thing!
