100th Post, 25th Birthday and 1st Giveaway Winner

If this is not a cause for celebration - I don't know what is!

First off I wanted to celebrate my 100th post! This blog has come a long way in 100 posts and I want to thank YOU, my lovely readers for making this blog such a pleasure to write! I look forward to many more posts in the future. Thank you!

Secondly, yesterday was my 25th birthday! I had a busy day at work, but a lovely evening with Joey. He took me for an AMAZING dinner and got me The Complete Book of Raw Food (and plans to get me my own copy of Eat, Drink and Be Vegan but couldn't seem to find it at 3 different bookstores!) Can I just gush for a minute? Joey is just the loveliest man on the planet and he makes me so happy. After he gave me the raw book he told me he got it for me because he wants me to do what is best for my health and that it is the most important thing to him. I feel so blessed to have him in my life.

I will be posting various pictures of the festivities over the length of my "birthday week" in my meal recap this weekend. It's amazing to think how much my life has changed in the last few years, but I feel really good where I'm at right now!

And last but not least (drum roll please) the giveaway! Thank you to everyone who entered, but there can only be one winner. The random number generator picked.

Gosh, I feel like a missed so much! (Just catching up on your posts) Happy slightly belated birthday and yay for 100 posts! That's a lot!
Joey sounds so sweet! I'm glad you have a supportive, great guy to encourage your healing!! :-D

(Ps- In my humble opinion; don't go too crazy with too many raw recipes all at once, they are hard to digest and for some people-- like me-- make you worse. One diet does not fit all! But they sure are yummy!)
